Deliverable 1.4 - List of selection criteria for selection of the “good practice” measures (30th November 2010)
This document (17 pages) reports on the selection criteria that were to be used by the consortium to identify the set of support measures most relevant for traditional sector SMEs. These selection criteria were: Uniqueness; Relevance; Effectiveness; User satisfaction; Time and cost sustainability; Replication; and Recognition.
In each of the targeted regions, partners conducted quantitative analysis complemented by qualitative analysis to investigate support measures used by traditional sector SMEs in the light of the above criteria. Accordingly, Annex A includes the draft GPrix questionnaire. (Note that minor changes were made continuously well into 2011 – the definitive questionnaire appears elsewhere on this web page.) And Annex B outlines the GPrix case study methodology.
